History and Sample
- History:
- Born into a Faunus family in Vale. Alice was a happy child alongside her brother Oliver. They lived a happy early life. As far as happy in vale gets. Oliver and Alice used to sit in their backyard a lot and wonder what it was like to be a cloud, or a bird. Near the time Alice’s brother had turned 8 She and Oliver’s life were saved by a hunter from a Nevermore attack on the outskirts of Vale. Alice watched in absoute terror as Oliver thanked the Hunter and give the hunter a genuine smile. Alice watched the hunter place a pat on her brother’s shoulder and told him that he’d make a good hunter. Alice knew at one point that her brother would become a hunter, and decided that she would follow in suit. As she was his younger sister.
After his education at Signal Oliver started to near the age to start attending one of the various combat academies (That wasn't Beacon.) the Balcross Family had heard of Syne Academy and thought that it would be an excellent step on to the next level of Oliver’s career as a hunter. Sadly this academy was all the way out in Bellmuse. Beacon would have been an option if Oliver’s parents could afford sending him to Beacon. Which they couldn't. They wound up moving to Bellmuse using what little funds they had left. Once they arrived in the new wonderful kingdom and settled down in their new home. Alice would sit with her family and watch Oliver as he started to do small ‘jobs’ if you could call them that. For the nearby locals. Mowing lawns and the like, with the ambition that one day, he’d make it to Syne! However Alice secretly had the same ambitions and decided to begin her own fundraising alongisde Oliver. Although she went about it in a completely different way than Oliver had. One such way was making baked goods and selling them. Eventually both of them attained their goal of attending Syne.
- RP Sample:
- Alice strolled through her house humming to herself as she expected her brother to come back soon, and once Oliver came home Alice was going to tell him of her plans to attend Syne with him. Hearing a knock on the door Alice dashed down the hallways to the door and opened it. Revealing Oliver standing in the doorframe looking half dead from exhaustion. “Yo ‘lil sis… Mind moving?” Oliver asked as he passed out and landed face first infront of Alice. “Oh my god Alice is he ok!?” Shouted their mother, Elizabeth, from behind them. “Yeah he’s fine mom. Just a little bit tired.” Alice grunted as she gripped Oliver by the wrists and dragged him to the couch where she laid him down to rest. “There we go brother. Rest well.” Knowing full well that she wouldn’t be able to tell her brother about her ambition for a while. Due to the fact that her own entrance exam was in a few hours. “Oh well.” Alice just shrugged as she left for her room to prepare.
