[POLL] Should Monthly Updates be PM'd?

Alright so, I have a question for you all. Looking toward the future, I would like to make some changes to help rebuild and improve the site. So here I am, starting simple: Should I be sending updates through PM? I already do this for VIP members a day early (when we are on schedule, ofc), but would you guys be okay with me doing this for everyone else too? I have been hesitant since it will absolutely kill my Out/sendbox, but I think this way will be more accessible. However, I know that some people don't like getting random PM's like that, so I figured I would ask. Ofc the Update Topic would still remain.
