Question about weapon and character sheet.

So I kinda forgot something on my character page and I'm not sure if the thing I forgot  is banned or not. 

I wanted to make the inside of the sheath of my katana cause more friction when it is drawn. (Thus incorporating my semblance into combat.) Also can I make it so that I can switch this function on and off.


 So is this banned and am I allowed to change my character page if it isn't?
