I was looking through some things and realized my major for my character doesn't quite fit. Could I change my major to medical and how do I go about that?

Now, I'm new, I'm no staff member, and you've already probably found this out, but from what I've read, the Administrative Building in Syne Acad. is where the said major changing happens, but it's empty, from what I've seen.
