Overall Personality: Bart is a very happy individual. He find humor in random places and can be excessively socially awkward. He isn't good at picking up social ques and lacks a lot of common sense to the point that he is a little slow in that area. Academically he is actually rather intelligent and is a good student. His smaller, somewhat skinny body hides the fact that he is really strong and sturdy and he himself is often unaware of his own strength in situations outside of actual medical ones.
He is very polite, to the point that it is excessive and he often is very formal with people that aren't with him. He takes his medical studies very serious and takes pride in being a medic.

- Bart's father is a blonde hair, blue eyed doctor who is extremely smart, shy and laid back. His mother on the other had is an athlete. She has black hair and brown eyes and is quite the opposite of her husband personality wise. They are however happy and their relationship is great as each of them have settled into specific household roles. It was about six months after their marraige that she found out she was pregnant. He was happy about it, she wasn't as much so and for the first month was a little pessimistic about it. When his mother gave birth to him she handled it exceptionally well and didn't show much of a reaction to the pain though she did manage to break Bart's father's hand.
Bart's childhood was nice, though the parental roles were reversed from the typical roles. Instead of 'wait until your father finds out' it was 'don't let your mother find out son.' As a student he was brilliant but awkward in social situations and especially in public speaking. One day on the way home there was a vehicle accident. Bart and his Mother were relatively fine but Bart's father was not well off. When Bart saw his father's greivous wounds he began crying and dropped to his knees. It was then that Bartolomeu's semblance first was activated. It managed to only do enough to hold him until he was able to be seen properly and it also healed the minor scrapes that Bart and his mother had.
After this, Bart was tutored by his father in the medical field where he showed great progress. At the same time he was also trained by his mother which is where he developed his strength and fighting skills. When his parents decided it was time it was determined that he would head to Syne Academy where he would study in the medical field. Leaving home was bittersweet for Bart. It was decided that Bart having been trained in the medical field for humans, it would be best if he were to be around Faunus more often to learn as much as he can.

- Bartolomeu walked down the stairs of his house, rucksack in hand to the living room where both of his parents were. Both parents look to him proudly as he does so. His father breaks the brief silence. "I'm so proud that you've figured out your path in life son. It makes me feel that I've done well as a father. Make sure to write us daily and to keep us informed of how your doing. Know that we'll always be here for you son, and no matter what happens, we'll love and support you." As he says this, Bart's mother's foot is starting to tap on the floor in an aggravated tic. Neither Bart nor his father notice this as they continue.
"Thank you Dad, I'm so greatful for everything that you and Mom have done for me and it's only because of your constant support that I've been able to make it this far." With that said Bart and his father hug.
"NERRRRRRRRRRRRDS!" yells his mother. Bart and his father quickly break the hug and each flinch like they're being physically hit by each letter of the word. "If you keep this mushy nonsense up, your going to miss the airship and your father is going to feel my fist in his temple! And this time, he can find a way to the hospital on his own, unconscious or not!" With this being said, the rest of the goodbye is brief and Bartolomeu is quickly on his way to Syne Academy.
