Lorenz Alfred Otonashi

Lorenz grew up as a shy, single child of a middle class family in Bellmuse. With the father being a hunter and mother being a huntress, Lorenz grew up wanting to become like his parents who tell him stories of their battles against the Grimm. As a gift, Lorenz's parents gave him a revolver and trained him to use fire dust on it. At school, especially high school, Lorenz was a target for numerous bullies because of his introverted personality and appearance. Lorenz's semblance of invisibility has gotten him out of trouble countless times. Lorenz has also taken a part time job as a waiter in a restaurant close to his home. The money Lorenzo uses was mainly for his entertainment such as games and music. Throughout his life, Lorenz has made friends which have similar interests as him; together they would play games, hang out, and get out of fights. With his few friends, he has learned to treasure them and would do anything to return the favor. Although Lorenz's friends have similar interests, Lorenz was the only one in the group to chose the path of becoming a hunter, his other friends chose different arts of various kinds such as bar-tending and engineering. Since his physical build was not built for brawn, Lorenz has taken an interest into researching various things as the biology of the Grimm, Dust, weapons and gadgets engineered for fighting. With such interests, Lorenz was the willing “Test subject” for his friends when they make various gadgets (although most gadgets tested end up exploding but it was always fun and exciting).  Whenever Grimm were around, Lorenz would go around his business like any peaceful day, with the exception of using his semblance when outside and would laugh when any bullies from his school run past him in fear, enjoying the moment they lose their pride they have so much in schools. Although Lorenz's semblance tuned him invisible, he still left tracks and still had a scent but he learned that the hard way, being chased by Grimm himself when he was careless. With his experience Lorenzo thinks that he would be at least a decent hunter, but hopefully more.

Lorenz walks towards the bakery shop down the plaza moving around everybody in his way, careful not to touch anyone. Doing the task countless times, he maneuvered with ease through the sea of people who either stood around talking or waiting for someone, ran around trying to get somewhere, or walking around to the closest shop. When he got to the bakery and opened the door, the smell of baked bread flowed through Lorenz's nose making his mouth water a bit. Looking around the small shop with the bread all around the room, each of various kinds and the center dedicated to cakes and cookies, Lorenz gulps down the saliva that formed from the smell and walked towards the far left corner of the room looking at the baguettes. Lorenz looked towards the store owner and raised his hand “Excuse me!” waiting for a response, when the store owner looked back Lorenz pointed at the baguettes asking “How much for three of these?”
