Overall Personality: Viola Valentino is a bubbly, friendly girl who always has a smile for those who need it, whether they want it or not. She is almost always trying to be with her friends, and when alone, tends to become moody or unresponsive until her friends show up. Despite her active social life, she's still very socially naive, and frequently misses social cues, or misinterprets peoples requests. When in a physical fight, she doesn't tend to realise, frequently catching on after the third or fourth attack. In a social fight, she will try to end it as peacefully as possible, and if it looks like it will come to blows, try to get someone to help or throw herself in between them.
Abilities
Aura type: Speed
Aura Color: Violet
Semblance: Utility. Viola's aura allows her far greater mobility than most, allowing her to run straight up walls, jump higher, and even dash around in the air. Visually, it manifests as a violet after-image almost immediately behind her, as well as a trail of similarly-coloured light.
Item 1: Level 1 Weapon, Ashe Ensilla. This is a double-bladed sword, with the hilt shaded violet, to go with her theme. With a twist and yank, the two blades can be seperated into two seperate swords, which is how Viola keeps them sheathed.
Item 2: Level 1 Dust (Wind)
History and Sample
- History:
- Viola Valentino initially grew up with her grandmother, a strict woman who rarely, if ever, let Viola out of the house without very good reason. Both her parents were frequently, if not almost always away, and Viola’s upbringing was almost routine-like. Wake up, make breakfast, go to school, study, come straight home, homework, do chores, read, sleep, repeat. However, when she turned ten, her mother was injured on one of her trips, and forced to stay at home, and decided to bring up Viola herself. Suddenly, Viola was able to do stuff outside of the routine. Initially, she rejected her new-found freedom and continued with the same old routine, until she turned twelve.
On her twelfth birthday, her father got her two things, in exchange for a promise. The first was a promise to stop leaving and stay home with her and her mother. The second was Viola’s weapon, Ashe Ensilla. The name itself meant nothing, but to Viola, it was her promise, that she’d stop the routine, that she’d start trying new things. Her father stayed true to his word, and trained Viola in the combat that she knew, but ultimately, Viola’s interest in her freedom and in other people exploded.
Viola’s social attempt started shakily, but she soon started to get the hang of it. However, with her late start, she missed out on many social cues most would notice. She managed to bluff her way past most of them however, and soon became known as a bit of a bubbly ditz, the new reputation quickly superseding her old one at the school of the boring robot of a girl. She embraced the new reputation by complete accident, and frequently broke a few hearts without even realising it. Upon graduation from her old school, she applied for, and got accepted into, her new school: Syne Acadamy.

- Viola spun her blades around as she withdrew them from their sheathes, before slotting the ends together and securing them with a click. Ears listening for the slightest sound, she spun quickly, taking in the area, looking out for an ambush. She knew it was coming, it was just a matter of spotting i-
There!
She quickly spun Ashe Ensilla up, bringing one of the blades in between her and the sword of her aggressor. Quickly twisting, she brought the other end towards her enemy, but too slow as he had already leapt backwards, spinning his wrist as he started to circle Viola. Her eyes narrowed. She leapt forwards, bringing a blade in a sweeping arc, and bouncing off the inevitable block, twisting the other way and quickly bringing up the other blade, slamming the flat of it into her opponents side. He stumbled, dropping the sword, before she quickly dashed over and tripped him up.
“Alright, alright, I give!”
She gave a little squeak of joy, separating her blades and resheathing them in a practiced flair. Bouncing over, she wrapped her arms around the man the second he got up.
“I did it Dad! I beat you! Finally!”
“Hey, only cause of that trick of yours,” her dad commented, unable to keep the grin off of his face as he ruffled her hair. “Well, I reckon this calls for ice-cream. Whadda you say?”
Violas cry of joy could be heard for miles.
