Rei Hikari [Ready, but help me decide a Semblance, which is better]?

Fairy Godmother [Utility]- (I'll ASSUME that this is what Cinder's Semblance is called, as I've speculated this with Feury when we hung out.) 
So this Semblance was showcased by Cinder and debuted in Volume 2 of RWBY. What it does is essentially, as I've researched recently, is that it controls a specific element, namely fire. In Rei's case, would instead be Thunder. While it does contain potential to literally scream Damage and Defense at the same time, Rei doesn't know how to fully Utilize her Semblance other than to change her clothing and summon her Keyblades, and even then she never shows the Semblance due to how rare this type of Semblance would normally be.

The main purpose of the Fairy Godmother Semblance for Rei as of now is to provide a type of surprise factor to her opponents, simply by allowing the Keyblade to appear in her hand during combat, which would allow for some pretty insane combos as she allows the Keyblades to disappear and reappear flawlessly.

Rei was happily born into a good family with outstanding morals as well as having a history for being retired Hunter and Huntress. Life seemed to be fairly simple until a random gang had lit the Hikari household on fire. This just so happened to be during the night, while Rei was sleeping. Smelling the smoke, Rei woke up immediately and saw that her parents were caught in the initial burst of flames. Saddened by this, Rei ran out of the house in tears and surprisingly came out well, unscathed. This was because her Semblance awakened from the immediate thought of Dust users not being able to control their training and grew an immediate hatred towards them, specifically towards the Fire Dust users however.

Living out in the streets as an orphan at the age of 12, Rei was forced to do...certain things to stay alive and with food in her stomach. Obviously not proud of what she was doing, she joined the White Fang as a way to keep close to a pseudo-family and at least try to recuperate her life. The sad truth was however, the White Fang were much more violent and well, rambunctious that she'd anticipated, this caused Rei to secretly run away from the life of a criminal after she had already done some heinous things included but not limited to: B&E, Murder, Robbery, hell even prostitution when she was age 16.

A friend she made outside of the White Fang offered his help to get her away from the White Fang, during the night a week before Rei's birthday they managed to find an opening within the guards of the White Fang and had managed to slip Rei out of the White Fang without anybody missing her. The boy she met and had helped her escape: Chase, knew of an Academy willing to train any individual who's wanting to become an Official Hunter or Huntress, after getting accepted into the Academy, Rei simply created her weapons, simple but very effective in combat when they relate to her Semblance and combat prowess.

Now entering into Syne Academy, Rei only hopes to aspire to what her parents could actually do: Protect those citizens from the forces of GRIMM and make her parents proud of her, even if they're on the other side.

The day was shining, Rei had just woke up in a motel room she had been staying at after she secretly left the White Fang without a scratch on her smooth beautiful white skin complexion. Today was the day Rei would be going to Syne Academy to begin her official training to become a Huntress, "Yosh, finally I can actually go to Syne Academy and start my training...maybe they won't treat me badly..." Were the thoughts Rei had in her mind due to what's happened throughout her life.
Her friend Chase came by the motel where she was staying at, mainly to see her off and see her succeed. "Hey sleepy head, ready for your big day?"
"Yeah, I am. I guess this is so long for now?" Rei told Chase with a sad voice.
"Don't worry, we'll write to each other, Video Chat now and then, we've got a lot of ways to stay in touch." Chase said with a smile on his face.
"Well this is true," Rei started, before looking at the time on her watch, "OKAY! I gotta run Chase. I'll Video Chat you when I get to Syne Academy!" Rei said in a hurry to allow herself to make it to the Blimp that would allow the travel to Syne Academy to be possible.
