Overall Personality: Tint is a fun-loving kind of girl. She enjoys relaxing, but more so enjoys to simply let herself do whatever. She’s a bit of an adrenaline junkie, but mainly gets her fix through dancing. Tint not only loves to dance, but she also loves bright or pastel colors. She even decorates her hair with five of them, red, yellow, green, blue, and purple—all in pretty pastel colors. Unfortunately, her fun-loving, loose nature makes it so that she sometimes ignores others or even is downright rude with them. She has no qualms about saying what’s on her mind, but very hypocritically hates being judged herself. She’s also strangely afraid of both crabs and bats, for reasons even unknown to her.
Abilities
Aura type: Recovery
Aura Color: Her aura itself is white.
Semblance: Simply put, Tint can create and manipulate hardlight structures. The structures are usually simple shapes, and usually shift suddenly between a few colors—pastel red, pastel yellow, pastel green, pastel blue, and pastel purple. The hardlight is generated and controlled through dance.
Item 1: Throwing Knife. Simple weapon, Tier 1.
Item 2: Fire dust! Tier one. (Two vials, five uses each.)
History and Sample
- History:
- Tint grew up as a simple girl, daughter of a farmer and a tailor on Bellmuse. She lived a simple life, enjoying her family and the few comforts her family’s positions allowed. As she grew older, she grew somewhat more rebellious- going out without permission, doing things she really probably shouldn’t. Tint wasn’t stupid, though, and she survived. She had a boyfriend at one point, though he was an abusive jerk, and locked her in a closet repeatedly, leading to her fear of enclosed spaces. She eventually left him, though. Tint developed a few bad habits as she grew even older—she drank, smoke, and partied pretty dang hard—probably too hard. She got into a lot of trouble, but she kept going. Unfortunately, her luck didn’t hold out, and she almost killed herself drinking. That shocked her out of it, and continued on in her life, developing another addiction—a much better one at that—dancing. Tint learned to dance in a way that few could. She eventually decided to create a dance club, because why the heck not? Unfortunately, during construction, the crew stumbled across an undetected dust vein, causing a massive explosion. Most of the crew was slain, but Tint unlocked her aura at the exact time needed to survive. She’d always been lucky in that regard. Her plans for a nightclub spoiled, and wanting to prevent such situations again, she decided to study dust at the island’s academy—of course, she also decided to develop her semblance as she did so. An adult now, Tint is more aware of herself and all of her vices. Tint keeps herself away from alcohol, only occasionally smokes, and doesn’t do stupid stuff anymore. However, instead, she dances—she loves to dance, and it’s how she’s able to control her semblance.

Tint twirled around to soft music, moving gracefully across the dance floor. She stretched out her leg, bringing herself into a ballet-like pose. She pulled it back and spun again. Suddenly the music shifted, switching to a more hip-hop style. Tint stopped for only a moment before starting to move with the beat once more, this time following the new style, breaking into the classic break style. Once more the music shifted, now an almost electronic beat, something that Tint would surely put into her club… eventually. She stopped once more, adapting to this style easily, as it was her preferred form of dance. She quickly moved in what at first seemed almost sporadic motion, but upon closer inspection you could see that there was a strongly fluid grace to it. Suddenly lights began to burst around her in brilliant colors- reds, greens, purples, and everything in between. The colors took no particular form, simply appearing and disappearing around her as she moved in her grace. The music suddenly stopped, and Tint did too, heaving her breath, but with a large smile on her face.
