Eliara Caithe (Finished!)

Eliara was born the second daughter of the Caithe noble family. As a young child she was cared for by her parents like any of their children. During this period Eli grew very very close to her older sister. Looking up to her as a role model of sorts. Over time though she wasn't growing up to be the daughter her parents wanted. Eli never was your typical noble girl. Instead of being prim and proper and behaving well in high society, Eli was energetic, rambunctious, and brutally honest about herself. Her parent's weren't exactly the mature types themselves, and not being able to see a way to "fix" Eli, they started to neglect her.

Eli was no longer taken anywhere with her family, nor seen with them. Whenever her family interacted with society, Eli was hidden away in her room, like a secret her parents wanted to bury. The first few weeks Eli cried and cried for days on end. Then her boredom got the better of her and she started to teach herself things. She took many many books from her parents' vast library on many subjects and taught herself on them. From the operation of dust, to guidebooks on how to be a huntress, to sign language, to martial arts. There was even a book on how to build her own weapons. This fascinated Eli and for the next few weeks would work on getting the materials to build herself one. Her parents ignored her too much to notice what the girl was doing. Eventually, after much trial and error, Eli did it! She had not only managed to build one weapon, but two! A crowbar that folded up into a pistol that shot pure plasma at things. And a drone that could keep her safe from harm. Eli was pleased with her work, as she had a knack for it at that point. From then on Eli would be tinkering and building many devices alone in her room. Making sure to keep it away from her family, especially her sister, who still came to check on her from time to time.

Then, tragedy struck.

When the authorities came, all they found were the bloodsoaked halls of the Caithe mansion. There were signs of a battle. And various signs that an animal, grimm, or something else entirely had broken into the mansion. The authorities came across Eliara's room. They found a trembling scared girl, clutching onto what looked like a very old book. Despite their insistence they couldn't retrieve the book from young Eli, but one officer caught a glimpse of the title. It was a book called Cultes des Goules, and looked rather advanced for the young girl to be reading. As Eli was taken from their home she kept asking about her sister, who she said had gone missing. But despite their best efforts, no trace had been found of her family at all. Though it is widely believed that they are dead. As all the blood at the crime scene tested out to be human, and there was far too much of it for many of them to have survived. Yet, despite their insistence, Eli would not give up any information on what had happened that terrible night.

And so, she was eventually adopted by a teacher of Syne Academy, and enrolled in the huntress classes. Eli took a natural liking to the work of the huntress. Her natural inclination to entertain herself by doing many things, including dancing, singing, and dressing up. Had earned her sort of an Idol status for the school. To be honest, she was quite happy at Syne Academy, and for all intents and purposes was the same girl as the one from before the tragedy. But some say that when she lets down her guard, a certain look overcomes her expression. The look of someone who had seen too much of the terrors of this world. Someone who had glimpsed beyond the veil of reality, and had been touched by what she saw.

Eli's final dress for the concert section of the competition was a mix between an apron and a dress. It was a purple strapless and sleeveless dress. With a large white ribbon tied across her chest and into a large bow. The bottom of an apron covered her waist and the majority of the front of the hem of her dress. Her shoes had become normal purple heels again. And she was wearing white thigh high socks again, with purple frills at the top. Eli was also now wearing a pair of long purple gloves. They extended all the way up to just under her shoulders.

Eli starting to dance back and forth in a simple movement as she sang the last part of the song. It would be ending soon and Eli was almost worn out from all the dancing. She had been quite energetic in the concert. But once the song ended she had one last dress to wear as she leaves. The microphone and speaker faded away as Eli curtsied and changed into her last dress in a flash.

Eli's final dress wasn't really a dress as it was a Kimono. It was black with a flower pattern on it. A white sash was tied around her front with a red cord. Her hair was tied up in a side ponytail with a flower clip attached to the hanging ponytail. Eli waved to the crowd, blew a kiss and then turned to walk back to the waiting area. The next person now had to come up and strut their stuff too.
