It was a rather beautiful day outside today. Sunny, clear sky and a nice refreshing wind blew swiftly across the tree branches of the forest that surrounded the school. It was the perfect weather for a little flight around the academy to scout where everything was and it was a rather good plan for Ash's first day at the school. She just got off of the airship earlier, got all her stuff moved to the dorm room she was assign, her mech suit included which meant that if she really wanted to go out flying today she'd need to reach her room first.
Rolling in the hallway on her wheelchair following a map on her Scroll that was held on her armrest like a personal computer, Ash attracted a little bit the attention being probably the only person in the whole academy to get around in a wheelchair. It was to be expected to be honest, no one would just look at her and think it's totally normal for her to be around here. In fact a lot seemed to be unsure about her being fitted to be a Huntress at all form what she could get from the whispers as she past by. The girl didn't mind them in the slightest as she believed she just had to show them what she could do one day.
Although very optimistic, Ash's bright smile quickly turned into a look of despair as the map, wherever she went, only brought her to staircases as she had to go up to get to her room. Trying to find any less arduous way to her room was impossible as she looked over and over again on the map and couldn't find any other route. Sighing, the girl noticed a missed call from a member of the school staff. They left a message saying that the school wasn't fully accessible for her right now and that they were planning to work on the problem as soon as possible but that for now it may be a bit difficult for her to get around. They did mention that her room had a balcony though as a way to apology, which would make things easier for her to go outside with her mech suit. She still had to get to her room though and that got her a little bit frustrated as she stayed there staring at the first step of the staircase while pouting and mumbling to herself. "Sure, give me a balcony, but don't make anything for me to actually get to my room in the first place..."
