Major: Combat

Fears: Isolation, Death, Disappointing Others.
Overall Personality: Patient and insightful, Alric showed noticeable maturity at a young age and knowledge on how to deal with every situation. He would learn from others how to differentiate situations, showing a willingness to learn from his peers. He lived at a distance, observing individuals and ideas without getting directly involved so that he could fully understand them. Although this approach prevented him from becoming close with many people, it enabled him to think and act without prejudice or preconceptions, instead evaluating things strictly on their own merits. Despite his passive nature, Alric shows genuine concern for others, unintentionally this garnered him many friends and admirers. He set his abilities and skills to helping others and bringing the best out of their abilities. For this reason, he never became arrogant about his own abilities or accomplishments; to which, most views or statements he made were usually well-based, seeing the situation for what it was. From this he had no self-righteous loyalty to any particular nation, faction or even his family. Alric can also be found to be a bit of a hedonist and even quite selfish. He is not particularly nasty about anything, but if he wants something, he could care less about the whims of others as he only cares for his own desire.
Abilities
Aura type: Recovery
Aura Color: Silver/White
Semblance: Holy Blade - Despite its name, Alric's semblance allows him to conjure white glowing spikes of varying sizes from his aura. Upon contact the spikes transform from its spear like form, spreading across the mass of whatever it hits and enveloping them in an aura which has the potential to cause sleep. He can also project these spikes outward like a bullet for a ranged attack as well. If the spike fails to induce slumber, the aura just shrouds them in a white light briefly that does nothing but make them bright. These spikes do not affect Alric.
Item 1: Lohengrin - A silvery long sword adorned with a ruby gem and a chrome finish with a blade coated in a thin dust lining along the edge to keep its sharpness while enabling it to be enhanced with dust. Because of the nature of the blade, when swung it produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping. He keeps it in a white adamantine sheathe at his side.
Item 2: Daiya Āmā - A Pearly heavy white armor that encompasses his entire body from neck to toe. He keeps his armor in a white suitcase with a feather emblem that can be equipped quite quickly. This armor defends against Physical attacks.

History and Sample
- History:
- I suppose that, in some way, all people are affected by those who came before them. I am, most fortunately, descended from an old line of kings of Atlas whom no one quite remembers anymore. That no one remembers is of no grave importance to my family, as the the days of kings and queens have now long passed. What does matter however, is that we were among the first families to find, fight, and defend the people against the creatures of Grimm.
When I was born, my mother named me Alric, meaning “rules all”. I suppose she thought that one born of kings should have a king’s name. From the moment I was born, there was to be no question that I was destined to be a great Huntsman. The day I took my first steps, my father put a wooden sword in my hand and said to me, “Alric, my boy, you must let your sword be your guide. There may come yet a time that this world knows not of the Grimm, but we are not so favored.” This was my life, for many years. I was educated solely by members of the household in everything I would need to fight the Grimm. Though one would think my life isolated and lonely, it was not so. My family gave me everything I needed, and for friends I have various cousins who were always ready to spar or play.
Though my education by prestigious family members was far from incomplete, I still needed to obtain my Hunstman license, which I could not do unless I attended an academy. Towards the end of my education, my mother and father pressed me to go to the school of their choice, which was where many if not all of my family had studied at before. I however, wanted to go to Beacon Academy. There was an inexplicable desire within me to attend that school. So when my mother and father were arguing with me about my choice, I simply said that this is where my sword was leading me, and that though I belonged to the family through blood, my path was still my own and they could not walk it for me. Begrudgingly, they accepted this argument and “allowed” to attend Beacon.
Though I do not aim to make friends, I understand that the school operates through teamwork and partnerships that are designed to last throughout the four years of attendance, though many (I have heard) last a lifetime. I am not against it, but... I tend to work alone.

- The brilliant champion graced the skyship seats with his presence, keeping to himself in the front while he kept his silvery hair and ice white eyes further plunged into his book. Alric was sporting his usual white dress shirt and a loose tie slung over his left shoulder. He wore a blue jacket over his shoulders more skin to a cloak or cowl with his family crest, a white feather, sewn along the back. Alric's handsome appearance was not taking any breaks today it seemed, with his rainy white medium-length hair, which covers his forehead and runs down to his nape flowing back and forth while he nodded toward his book. He would continue to flip pages until the skyship announced Syne Academy as its last stop. He closed the book and put it away in a case before grabbing his suitcase and his backpack, preferring to keep his load light, before heading off. As he approached the director he simply gave a warm smile, "Can you please have my instruments sent to my room?" he spoke with a soothing tone before receiving his reply to the man. Afterwards he set off towards the academy, turning around only after several moments to grab a glimpse of twilight over the horizon.
