Who want's a Signature?!?!?!?!

I am now offering Photoshop services for anyone who want's a signature, but doesn't have the time or skills.

The information that should be on your post:
1. How good you want it to look? On a scale from good to hilariously bad.
2. Any words or phrases you want on the signature.
3. Whether or not you want a specific picture used in the signature.
4. Any additional stylizations you want.
