However there are still some problems he needs to come to terms with regarding his own inexperience and youth. He holds himself to the standard of legends he's studied and has little paitence for his comrades who havn't done their prepwork for a mission. History and Sample
- History:
- The Winnfields were a wealthy family, not from buisness or tradeing like the Shnee's but instead Wealthy from legends of their past deeds and current service to the world of Remnant. A Winnfield could be found almost anywhere, Hunters, the military, local law enforcement etc. But always in a front lines field postiion. This is a family that prized action and results over speculation and bargaining. Born into this family Nagi was raised around warriors, taught to be proud and to accel. He looked up to his family as mentors and the legends they told to him as the ideals he should become.
When he came of age Nagi began his martial training under his families tutors. He learned a wide array of martial techniques and styles in order to gain a well rounded ability for combat. His naturaly high speed aided his training and paired with the skills of his mentors he quickly discovered his talents. Learning to use his weapon was a challenge all on its own, the weapons size often overtook his control. Learnign to use his broadsword effectivly required specific weight training and a self examination of his own combat technique. Eventually he decided to let the weapon commit him to the attack allowing its Mass and weight to make his attack stronger and also using its size as a makeshift shield.
When he was seventeen his Uncle took him off the family grounds to see what hunting was like. That was Nagi's first taste of combat with a Grimm. While only a Beowulf the young man defeated it soundly. upon his return to the family estate Nagi's father presented him with the acceptance letter from Syne Accademy. Nagi's carreer path had been set, and his familys name had gotten him in ahead of schedule, Nagi gratefuly accepted the letter and packed a few of his belongings. Naig knew that he couldn't return to the estate until he had become a hunter of Renown, it was just their way.

- Nagi and his Ungle were a good days hike into the wilds outside their estate. His sword rested easily behing him under his supply pack as he watching his Uncles form cut a path through the brush ahead of him. His uncle generally kept the wilds clear of Grimm so that the Family didn't have to worry for the young, today Nagi was supposed to help in that task. Honestly Nagi was excited, he'd trained his whole life for a momment like this. He wondered if he could possibly encounter something worthy of a legend this very day.
"Calm Down Nagi." Came his uncles terse but kind voice. "The Grimm are lured by aggression and bloodlust. We can't let the hunters become the Hunted, you have to keep yourself calm." He said grinning at his nephew.
Nagi nodded and took a deep breath abashed by his uncles words, he knew that it was one of the first things he learned and still he let himself get so worked up that his Uncle could feel his intent.
It was several hour later that Nagi and his uncle set up camp outside a glenn. The tree leaves have turned red this time of year and the moon was shattered. Nagi spent the few moments he had before their meal oiling his sword while his Uncle kept watch.
"If we don't find one tonight, then we will have to push further out, that means traveling further than our supplies are rated for, think you can forage our here Nagi?" He asked in humor knowing how to push his nephews buttons.
"Of course I can." Nagi quippied sliding the weapon back into place behind him. "I learned all the right wild berries to pick from Gran, and which herbs to use for injuires from Mom." He said defending himself.
"Thats good Nagi, just checking, but it seems that won't be neccessary." His uncle pointed out accross the clearing to the opening of a forest trail, There standing alone was a Beowulf. It seemed to be hunting but hadn't noticed them yet. "An outcast possibly, lost a fight with another pack member, or its survived the slaughter of his pack." His uncle commented, you take him Nagi, this is what you trained for."
Nagi Nodded and walked out to meet the Grimm, the creature spotted him immediatly and bristled slightly before setting into a charge. At twenty meters Nagi swung his sword catching the Beowulfs arm with the blade as it took a swipe at his head, as the weapon carried Nagi around in a full circle the Beowulf was recovering from the sudden loss of its right arm. Nagi could feel his heart pounding in his chest, his sword and body felt lighter than before and a satisfied smirk grew on his lips. The addrenaline of the fight was better than when he was training.
Nagi charged again this time taking the offensive against the unbalanced Beowulf. The loss of its arm proved to be enough as the creature stumbled to clumsily guard itself, But the weight of Nagi's sword cleaved through its arm and neck leaving three pieces that quicly began to evaporate itno whatever elements the Grimm originated from.
