Starting Weapons

So, question. If i was starting off with a gun of some kind, I wouldn't be able to have two in a dual wield fashion because of the one weapon thing, right? But what if they were exactly the same, and were used together purely for the fact of having the ability to shoot a little bit faster because I'm shooting two guns instead of one?

Hey, there's no problem with dual weilding if you have twin weapons, so you're good with your guns

If it's two of something like that then they count as one item. Quite a few people have twin pistols, it's all good.
