Finnek Forest was such a beautiful place that Arisa couldn’t help be in awe at every step in she took. The blue and frozen colors just simple amazed her and made her wonder just how it was possible for a forest to have such a strangely different color yet it was all completely natural. Still she had come out here for one reason and one reason only. To hunt. She was given a free period to do with as she pleased, as long as she was back in time for her next class, and since the nurse’s office wasn’t in need of their assistant at the moment she figured she’d try her hand at hunting for once. Her hands held tight to the staff of her scythe, the very scythe her parents had given her as a going away gift when she left for Syne Academy. It would be what she would use to dispatch any Grimm she came across on her hunt.

It wasnt that long since the tall mysterious man named Yuuki joined the academy, most of the students avoided him because of his odd dresswear and his constant smile. He was enjoying his stay in this academy even if he did freak out everyone around him but to him there thoughts didnt bother him he just saw this as a way to kill the creatures for fun and maybe try to kill a human or two when he had the chance. This was gonna be one of Yuukis first hunts with others and was to test his social graces with his fellow students even if he seemed to like to do everything on his own. His smile constantly plastered on his face as he walked through the forest, this being the same forest where he lived for a few months before entering the academy so nothing was new to him. As he walked past the odd colored trees to find another person seeming to be on a hunt also she seemed to be wearing a red hooded garb with a black skin tight suit underneath which made it hard for him to discern her features of his face.

He stopped a few feet behind her to notice the scythe she carried which was rare to see around this school from what he heard but his weapon was something new to the teachers also. "Hello young lady the name is Yuuki Terumi shall we partake on this exquisite walk together" Yuuki said in his creepy tone. As he waited for her response the a leaf fell near him but in a shimmer of the sun a faint silver shine could be seen before the leaf disintegrated into many pieces as if they where cut by some invisible object. His smile not leaving his face one bit as he stood there waiting for her response.

The sounds of footfalls awoke the beasts from their slumber. Two Ursas were having a nice nap in the forest when they were so rudely awakened. Their keen senses quickly found the source of the disturbance. A man and a woman were walking in the forest. Their stomachs growled hungrily. With a quick glance to eachother the Ursas broke off, using the forest as cover they started to flank the two humans from both sides as they walked through the forest. Once they were both in position the two bear like monsters burst from the surrounding foliage. One bear was focusing on each human. The first Ursa reared up in front of the purple haired woman and tried to maul her with both of it's massive paws. The second Ursa went into a full bodied charge at the white haired man. Intending to knock him onto his back and maul him as it stood atop him.

As Arisa continued her walk through the forest a voice spoke up from behind her, causing her to jump a few inches from the ground at the creepy feelings the voice caused to travel along her spine. Turning around, her scythe still gripped tight in her hands and ready to strike at the source of the voice should it be someone hostile, she came face to face with a man with short silver hair and a very creepy smile. He introduced himself as Yuuki Terumi after greeting her and asked if they should continue her walk together. Arisa automatically disliked this man and distrusted him completely. Her distrust only grew as a single leaf fell between the unmoving two in their silence, disintegrating in an instant just as it hit a beam of sunlight. She didn’t find that normal. Sunlight must have hit all of the leaves at some point and yet they all remained sitting there, swaying on their branches in the wind.

Yuuki still stood there, waiting for Arisa’s answer with that same smile plastered to his face, never faltering. Before she had the chance to answer him she listened as plants around them rustled in a way that said there was more than just wind moving them. Turning around, leaving her back exposed to the strange man, she braced herself with her scythe at the ready just as a large bear burst out to attack her. It swiped at her with its massive clawed paws, attempting to shred her. However Arisa simply put the staff of her scythe in the way, using the space between her hands to try to block the Ursa’s swipes.

As much as she normally wanted to avoid trying to harm cuddly creatures like this one she wasn’t about to let some Ursa turn her into its lunch. Using the impact of the creature’s paw against her staff she released one hand from it, allowing it to spin with the force until it had rotated around the creature’s arm, or at least she hoped so, and tried using it to pull it off balance. She grabbed for the scythe’s staff once more with her now empty hand and rotated the weapon so that the blade extended past the bear, pulling the weapon up so as to try and rip it in half with the edge. From there she attempted to slam the top of the staff against the creature’s stomach and force it back so that she could put some distance between the two of them. At this point she wasn’t even focusing on Yuuki anymore but rather her own fight for survival, watching the Ursa to see what it would attempt next.

Yuukis smile didnt leave his face even when the 2 massive ursa's barged from the woods and barreled down upon the two. With a slight laugh as the bear ran towards him at full speed attempting to knock him down Yuuki stood his ground as the creature would be stopped from a invisible force which wrapped around the bears neck and body. "Such a stupid creature running straight to your death" Yuuki said in his creepy tone as the now visible wires wrapped tighter around the bears neck and body keeping it in place as he looked over to the woman who seemed to be handling her own. He began to pace around the massive creature as he flexed his fingers underneath his sleeve causing the wires to sink into its skin. "Now what should i do with you?" Yuuki said questioningly as he stopped to inspect the bear his smile still on his face making it hard to discern what he was thinking.

Unknowing to Yuuki though was this bears strength and the least effort he put int he wires wrapped around it so he would make a plan to retaliate if it broke free of the wires. He would have the wires which where in his right hand begin to sway around in the air invisible tot he naked eye but prepared to attack as he made them bore into a nearby tree creating a razor sharp wall in between him and the Ursa if it did break loose. As he waited for it to make its move Yuuki watched to see what the girl was doing with her foe and would see if she needed his aid "Such a nice day dont you say so, miss i didnt get your name" Yuuki said sarcastically as he waited for the bear to make its move.

(For cleanliness sake I'll divide each bear's actions into different sections)


As the Ursa swiped one of it's massive paws at the purple haired woman she blocked it with the scythe. Unfortunately the Ursa didn't put it's full weight behind the strike otherwise the woman would've been pushed back by the sheer mass of the creature. As it towered over her and had to weigh at the very least half a ton. If not more. As the scythe was wrapped around the beast's arm it tried to pull back for a second before realizing it's paw was trapped for the moment. The woman tried to pull on it and pull it off balance but the monster was too heavy to be phased much, as it just moved forward as the woman pulled on it's arm. Reared up and swiped at her with it's other paw. The woman let go though and managed to get a good slash on the creature with her scythe as she hooked it behind the beast and pulled on it. The blade bit into the flesh of it's back, but didn't do much more than that as it was rotated around the beast's body and put back in front of it. By this point the bear was free and closing in on the woman, and she stabbed the head of the scythe into the creature's nose. Causing it to roar in pain for a second and blink in surprise. Giving her a couple moments before it charged her and pounced at her, mouth open as it intended to tackle her with it's body weight and proceed to bite her if successful.

Robert's HP 80/100


As the Ursa charged at the man, suddenly a dozen different wires bit into it's flesh, causing it to howl in pain and stop momentarily. The wires wrapped tighter, biting deeper into the beast before it howled it's fury and used all of it's might to muscle it's way through the wires. Catching most of the wires on the armor plating of it's body as they were no longer biting into it's flesh as it pulled, the wires snapped from the strain and the bear continued to charge once again. Encountering another razor sharp invisible barrier at full speed the wires bit into it again, but the sheer mass and strength of the charging beast tore the wires from where they were stuck into the nearby trees. A now bleeding, angry bear was mere feet away from the silver haired man as it also pounced at him. Using it's momentum, weight, and strength to carry it towards it's target. If it collided with the man it would knock him to the ground as well and proceed to savage him. Biting him and clawing him with each of it's paws.

Kiki's remaining HP: 70/100

Arisa had managed to do what she set out to and cut the bear’s back as she tried pulling her scythe through it and even managed to catch it in its nose with the head of her scythe, earning her a roar of pain and a few moments as it blinked in confusion as to what had just happened. Arisa used this to her advantage to ready her scythe once again in preparation for whatever the Ursa would do next. Rather likely it charged straight at her once more and pounced at her with its jaw wide open. It obviously wanted to pin her under its body weight and simply make a fresh meal out of her. Unfortunately for the Ursa she wasn’t really up for becoming something’s snack on such a lovely day and decided to ruin the beast’s plans. Stepping off to the side she extended her scythe out in anticipation of where the Ursa would fall, swiping upwards with it to try and once again slice it.

With a smile she decided she wanted to try something and considering the Ursa would fall belly-first against the forest ground now seemed like the perfect time to climb onto the beast’s back. If she succeeded she’d have wrapped her scythe around the creature’s throat to use as a kind of handle to keep herself locked onto it.

Yuukis smile increased as he knew the bear would break free from the wire restraint and continue to run towards him colliding into the wall of wires. As the wall began to strain Yuuki leapt back a few as the wires store from the tree he had them pierced into but that was the plan. With a flick of his writs the invisible glinting wires shot to 2 nearby trees and wrapped around them. The wires grinded and tore into the bark causing them to snap and fall both towards the airborne ursa. As the trees fell Yuuki would jump back further to avoid the collapsing trees and watch to see how his attack would effect the massive creature. As he stood there waiting he began to plot out another attack as he would hope the bear would be pinned from the trees he would attempt to wrap the wires around its neck and begin to pull hoping to either slit its throat or server the creatures head.

With a wicked smile as the wires began to travel to his target he would look to see how the woman was fairing it seemed she wanted to ride the creature which caused Yuuki to chuckle abit before looking back tot he bear. "Such a lumbering fool you never learn do you" Yuuki said once more as the wires neared the target and readied to wrap around its neck it it was pinned by the tree. But if it wasnt pinned Yuuki would use the free wires to luanch him into the air and ontop of a tree to plot out his next attack.

The Ursa roared as it began to land on top of the purple headed scythe weilder. However, the woman stepped of to the side and the Ursa felt a sharp pain on his belly, toppling over. The monster attempted to get up, in pain and bleeding, except it never got the chance before it felt some weight on it's back. Apparently the woman was on his back! How dare she! Angry, the Ursa got up quickly and was about to turn around, to snap at the scythe wielder, but suddenly that very scythe was fastened to his neck. Not that the Grimm cared. It attempted to buck the woman off, rampaging around with increasing fury. The scythe dug into the skin on its neck as it ran, giving him more pain and blinding rage.

Wires had angered the Ursa. Not to mention, this man had that stupid smile plastered onto his face, acting like he already won! The beast roared and pounced on him, hoping that it would end that smile once and for all, getting a tasty snack as well. However, that plan was crushed... Litterally. As the Ursa sailed through the air, the journey to the tasty looking human was cut short by a fallen tree landing on it. It groaned loudly at the pain, trying to lift the tree off. Suddenly, it felt wires wrap around its neck, getting tighter and cutting into his neck. The Grimm growled in pain, and gave out a little roar, and got really, Really angry. It suddenly found the strength to get up, albiet slowly under the weight of the tree, and pull it's head back, making the pain worse but the wires around its neck snapped. It then began its charge at the man, swiping at him with a heavy and clawed paw when it reached him.

Arisa smiled and giggled as she remained on the Ursa’s back, all the while the beast bucking and thrashing about in an attempt to get her off. She could feel her scythe digging in deeper against the bear’s flesh as it kept going wild. A frown crossed her face when she realized what she was doing. Here she was simply torturing such an adorable creature and having fun doing it. Plus she was going to be late for her shift in the nurse’s office if she kept this up much longer. Shifting herself so that she planted her feet against the bear’s back. She started pulling on her scythe’s staff with one hand until she was able to get both hands positioned on it. With both hands gripping the staff firmly and her feet planted firmly against the beast’s broad back she pulled hard, trying to use the edge of her weapon’s blade to sever the bear’s head from its shoulders at the neck.

From there she launched herself up off of the bear’s back, scythe raised high above her. Her intent was to finally end the creature with one strong finishing strike. The staff of Arisa’s scythe began to glow in a computerized patter that traveled up to the blade and down to the bottom of the staff. The entire blade began to glow as the energy released from the weapon’s batteries began to create a much larger blade with such a razor thin edge all along it. She brought the scythe crashing down with her directly above the Ursa in hopes that it was still in the same spot.

Yuuki was correct to assume the trees wouldnt hold the beast as he watched the wires snap around the creatures neck and began to charge once more for him. The wires in his free hand launched to a nearby tree and lifted him up to a high vantage point on the tree as he watched the creature inevitably hit the base of the tree where he was standing. Yuukis expression still the same as he lifted up his hands like a puppet master his sleeves moving to finally reveal his hands which had black fingerless gloves on and the source of his wires. "Now let the show begin" Yuuki said the smile growing and his usual closed eyes opening up to reveal a odd blue glow as the wires shot towards the fallen trees and impaled themselves into it. As the wires bore into the fallen trees the shining wires began to lift up the massive fallen trees into the air making it seem they where moving on there own.

The trees slowly hovered near the Ursa there shadows looming over the bear as they neared the creature. The trees stopped just about 5 feet above the creature before the one controlled by the right hand dropped suddenly like a hand trying to smack the ground. At the same time the tree controlled by the left hand moved like a swinging baseball bat if the ursa somehow dodged the tree which was heading to slam ontop of it. Yuuki began to laugh hysterically as a mad man from the perch on the tree as he toyed with the bear the trees attempting to crush the bear. In this fit of madness he ignored what was going on with the woman as he was more focused on toying with this bear even more before its inevitable death.

The woman refused to get off of the Ursa's back, hurting it more as it desperately tried to throw her off of it. However, she remained there, smiling even. Giggling. Was she enjoying this? The Ursa roared, charging into a tree to get her off but that didn't even work. That was when suddenly, the Grimm felt the pain at it's neck sharpen, and it could not feel it's body anymore. It's head rolled off, stopping at a tree. Luckily for it, that meant that it was dead in time not to feel the tip of the woman's scythe drive into its back. She had defeated it.

The Ursa charged at the man, but he somehow was lifted up into the trees. The Grimm's Gaze followed the creepy man as he 'flew' upward, but it never thought to stop running and it crashed into the tree that used to be behind at full force. Groaning, the Ursa got up and shook it's head, only to find that the trees were... Moving? It looked around at the blue trees moving toward it, and with an angry puff it attempted to swipe at one. However, its attack was returned with a slam to the back with a tree, and then a completely different tree hit it, utterly subduing the Ursa.

The headless corpse that was but moments ago the Ursa that Arisa had been fighting fell to the ground, cleanly split in half as her scythe carved through it. The feeling saddened her in all honesty, after all the Ursa had proven to be really cute and would have made such an adorable pet to keep. Though she doubted the headmistress would have allowed it let alone that the bear would have accepted. Swinging her scythe so that the staff went behind her back, the Ursa’s blood splattered the white forest floor as the energy that had activated her giant scythe blade fizzled out and returned to normal. Using the chance to avoid this Yuuki fellow she tried slipping away between the trees before heading back towards the academy.

Yuuki loved the sound the ursa broken body made as the trees collided with it body. The laughing continuing as the wires dropped the trees and retracted back to the fingerless gloves. As he looked around to see the other ursa beheaded by the woman who seemed to already leave the scene. "Only my luck why do i freak out everyone im around" Yuuki said with his smile becoming a slight frown before leaping form the tree and landing on the ground near the broken creature under the 2 trees. After a few seconds of thinking his frown became a smile once more as he began his trip back towards the school hoping this would be enough of a proof to the headmistress. The woods where thick but nothing new to him as he heard the bell ring from the school meaning next class had started which meant Yuuki was already late but he didnt care he felt at home in these woods. He stopped at the gate of the schools entrance looking back one before entering and heading to his class
