Overall Personality: Yuuki is a very mysterious man, since his almost constant smile and slitted eyes, combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. Many find his demeanor and appearance rather unsettling and there are very few who were willing to trust him. Yuuki seems to be fully aware of the effect he has on others and more than once has been seen toying with people's emotional states for his own amusement. But under that creepy face Yuuki can be a kind man showing compassion for his allies even in his own creepy way. In combat Yuuki's personality doesnt change much as he usually is seen laughing while toying with his opponent of stating out loud there flaws and weakness's.

Semblance: Wire Manipulation: Being a master of the use of Micro Filament wires he seems to make them move as if they are a extension of his body this actually can be seen as one of Yuuki's primary skills to actually bore the wires into objects and control them. Yuuki can control npcs and inanimate objects but cant control player characters
Item 1: [Weapon]Micro Filament Razor Wires: Being Yuukis main form of combat it fits his mysterious personality. These wires are usually naked to the human eye when parted, but when condensed together they can be seen as silver strands of wire. Yuuki uses these for strangulation of his targets, slicing them up to pieces or even condensing them infront of him to block an incoming attack. Since his sleeves are usually covering his arms its hard to see his gloves which are connected to the wires on each finger.

- Born in a village Yuuki was an odd child he was abandoned shortly after birth left at an orphanage to live out his life. Yuuki had no love for the place he left the orphanage at the age of 6 to live on his own. People avoided the kid as he walked the streets they knew something was off about him so they kept there space. At the age of 7 he was a master of moving around the streets unnoticed but that wasnt his only skill he showed a knack for the art of using microfilement wires to toy with others or even a more vile purpose of killing those he didnt like. But that wasnt what he loved to kill he loved to leave the village and test his strengths against the grimms that lived in the woods. The villagers thought of a plan to remove Yuuki since his being there scared them so they decided to hire scientists who where interested in Yuukis skill with killing the grimm without the use of dust.
These scientists staged a fake grimm attack in the woods to attract Yuuki which succeeded when they trapped him with a net and tranked him. Upon waking up Yuuki found himself in a white room his gloves missing and in a weird blue outfit. Over the past 10 years Yuuki was subjugated to excruciating tests. This didnt stop Yuuki one night from killing all the scientists and escaping there evil clutches. He didnt escape these horrid atrocities without a few scar or two which he hid with his usual Japanese style outfit. After escaping them he found himself living in the woods near the academy. He was left alone for a while unknown to the teachers and students until one day they found a bunch of grimm slaughtered around the certain part of the woods. They explored to see a tall figure with wires swirling around him. They didnt know the horrors he went through but they were willing to allow him to enter the academy and put his skills to good use in ridding the world of the grimm. He was ignored by alot of the other students because of his usual look but he didnt care as he was willing to show his strengths since these where the only other people to be nice to him since he escaped the scientists.

- The sound of water dripping in this small holding cell awoke its lone occupant. "Atleast they had the decency to bandage my wounds" The man said in his head as he sat on bench his arms in front of him locked together in a very tough type of hand restraints and his mouth was gagged to keep him from using his magic. He looked around his small holding cell nothing of noteworthy other than the 2 guards sitting infront of the cell door. "Only two guards they must really think im weak" Viktor continued to think to himself as he flexed his fingers cracking them to test the strength of the restraints. "How long is it gonna take them to get here told them to be here one day after i arrived, this cursed sealing tattoo is starting to itch" Viktor continued to speak to himself in his mind as he stood up and stretched.
He started to make note of all the cracks in this holding cell it seemed to be fairly impregnable and from the scent it was in the basement of the guild hall of Blue Pegasus. It has been over a day since he was defeated by Tali and still with all the interrogating she didnt get a single thing from Viktor except for the usual laughter he gave and rude remarks to her new look which she received from the attack she took full on. As the day drag on Viktor began to plot his escape from this holding cell and hopefully his allies would crash in to aid him in the escape. This would require tact and precision to escape from here but to Viktor tact would be killing the guards and slowly make his way out. Best way to get them to enter the cell was only one way fake collapsing.
Viktor fell to his knees and made a loud thud on the cell floor causing the guards to jump and turn around to see Viktor laying on the ground. The 2 guards panicked abit thinking this would get them in trouble so they entered the cell to hopefully resuscitate Viktor with some water. As they neared him one of the guards noticed the odd looking tattoo like seal on his back and as he touched it to try and flip Viktor over it glew and vanished. As it vanished Viktor smirked as he brought his head up slamming it into one of the guards chin causing him to fall back clenching his mouth as he looked up to see the towering form of Viktor who turned his attention to the other guard who backed up near the back of the cell. Viktor approached the frightened guard grabbing the sides of his head with the cuffed hands and turned breaking the mans neck.
Viktor grabbed one of the keys off the guard with the snapped neck removing the hand restraints and then the gag. "Ahhhh so much better now what should i do with you" He said as looked back to the other guard who was clenching his mouth and grabbed him by the head and as he did poison began to overflow his head. The man screamed in agony as his screaming turned to gurgling noises then silence. "Now lets lets play the waiting game for Aoi and them to show up" Viktor said as he yawned and began to walk down the hallway still dragging the dead guard grasped in his hand. Viktor stopped at the stairway to reach the main level "Now lets see what going on up stairs shall we" Viktor said with a wicked smile as he looked down to the lifeless body still in his hand. He walked up the stairs and as he reached the door he kicked it open. As the door flung open Viktor walked out his wicked smile on his face as he looked around to notice a large hall and the sound of people talking. Viktor walked towards the main entrance to the hall the body still in tow as he threw it at one of the tables. The limp form slammed into a empty table as Viktor began to laugh maniacally. "NOW LET THE FUN BEGIN" he yelled in his psychotic tone waiting to see the horrid looks on everyones faces.
