Overall Personality: Rai has a rather... blunt personality, as he does not know much about customs in the modern world. Due to the fact that he was pretty much isolated from the modern world for most of his life, he does not understand any mannerisms others may have, and takes any attempted jokes very seriously. However, he does like to meet new people constantly, and does warm up to those who he hangs out with a lot. He likes to sight see and experience new sensations constantly, and follows the "way of the samurai" very seriously. He ABSOLUTELY loathes any people who have no morals, and is very prone to anger whenever his friends are insulted. Whenever he fights in battle, Rai has no concept of holding back, and tends to get lost in the heat of intense battles, but manages to snap himself out of it once a battle ends. He tends to be straightforward, and has no qualms about killing in order to defend his friends and family.
Abilities
Aura type: Recovery; "Phantasm": Whenever it activates, an Azure Chinese Dragon will materialize and circle around Rai, before facing the direction he is facing and roaring.
Aura Color: Sky-Blue
Semblance: Chi-Manipulation: Rai has a healing ability to manipulate his own Aura to feed his teammate's Aura, while healing them in the process. (20 HP/Aura for 30 Aura. Amount varies based off of Aura amount used.)
He can also utilize this on himself with a much greater effect, healing his own wounds, and raising one of his stats. (20 HP for 30 Aura. Amount varies based off of Aura amount used.) (Buff +2 to stat for 10 Aura per post active.)
Rai can also use an alternate ability to damage his opponents, sending out the "Phantasm" of a dragon to deal physical damage, on his opponent. (Damage 20 True Damage at cost of 20 Aura. Damage varies based off of Aura amount paid.)
Unfortunately, this ability has it's own faults as well. The healing ability itself can ONLY be used on one person at a time, and if Rai is attacking with the damage variation, then he cannot assist anyone else until the attack is finished.
Also, it should be noted that the target of his Semblance will be quite obvious, as the Azure dragon surrounding him will target whichever person he is trying to affect.
(I don't trust myself to put in a designated cost, so if possible, can you help me with this? I'm afraid I might make this ability too OP.)

- Rai Qing Long is from an island village near Vacuo, where he was raised by his family in a relatively feudal background. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to spend much time with them, when the elders of his village determined that he was born with the "Chi" of the Qing Long dragon, one of 4 deities said to protect their village. He was then put to training alongside 3 other children, who were discovered to have been born with the "chi" of the other 3 sacred "deities". The current wielder of the title of "Qing Long", Meng Qing Long, bestowed Rai the last name of Qing Long, forcing him to discard his family name. It was Meng who taught Rai swordsmanship, and empathized with Rai's current situation, eventually teaching Rai more about how to wield his blade for the good of others, and the follow "the way of the ancient samurai". Meng also taught Rai about the wonders of the outside world, a place where he would be able to see things he could only dream of.. Eventually, Rai started to look up to Meng as a father figure, before trying to follow in Meng's footsteps: to become a warrior who fought with not his own well being, but for the wellbeing of others. When Meng had died while fighting the Grimm, Hydra, Rai was then bestowed with the name of "Azure Dragon of the East" at the age of 15, becoming the first of the 4 students to take on the duties of his people, eventually being sent out abroad with his peers, in order to learn more about the outside from one of the 'esteemed' combat schools in the modern world. While his other peers took more prestegious schools like Beacon, Rai decided to reside in Bellmuse, wanting to live in a less populated environment.

- Rai stepped off of the boat, looking around the wharf city in wonder. With a gulp, he adjusted his sleeveless vest and odachi on his back, before proceeding into the unknown. He started to walk further into the city, looking around the area in bewilderment.
"What is this...sorcery!" he exclaimed, while looking at a passing Pelican. "Is that a beast of some sort?"
Eventually, Rai decided to move on, before stopping in front of a shop. He inspected the wares in front of the display window, before taking note of the multi colored crystals.
"好的!" he exclaimed, while passerby looked at him in confusion. "It is a Dust Shop! Teacher Meng always told me of the importance of Dust to fight the Grimm! Well then, I guess I should enter..." Rai cautiously entered the store, taking note of the various sized Dust crystals for sale, before taking his choice. "Excuse me!" The shopkeeper looked at him is boredom, before taking note of his foreign appearance.
"Ah, yeah? How can I help you?" Rai looked pleased at the response he received, before pointing at the green-colored Dust.
"I would like one unit of that... "Tier One: Wind", please!" He gave a vibrant smile at the shopkeeper.
"..." The shopkeeper gave him a dull look, before sighing, getting up from his seat. "Ground or raw?"
Rai blinked, before he mentally smacked himself in the face. Of course he would forget that! The modern world was very demanding for one to be exact in everything! How... new.
"I shall take the raw Dust!" he announced loudly, making other customers in the store to look at him weirdly. The shopkeeper simply picked up the dust, bagged it, and set it in front of Rai.
"100 lien." It took Rai a few moments to remember that 'Lien' was the currency of the modern world, before he pulled out the card he was issued by his village. A 'cre-dit' card, something which apparently could store money inside of it! Even now, Rai couldn't understand how it worked.
He gave the card to the shopkeeper, who scanned it, before returning it back. Rai thanked the 'kind' man, before walking off. What more did this new land have in store for him?
