Dislikes: Ignorance, Intolerance, and speaking Indirectly when he can avoid it (he calls them the three I's); he hates the White Fang experimental division and all who support it...however, he means DIRECTLY support them, either by aiding them in their activities, or by abducting others to be used for the human experimentation process. This includes benefactors, slavers, and other beings involved in this practice.
Fears: People hurting his team and friends, taking stupid risks, the Shinigami (Death), in that order-he would rather die for his team, but would rather not take any stupid risks that force a situation to that point.
-Two other lesser fears he has are a resurgence of the Color War, and living a life that is easily forgotten should/when he dies.
Overall Personality:
James is-complicated. Like a riddle hidden in an Enigma that leads you to a Rubik's cube...truly he is not simple. He is kind yet cruel, honest and manipulative, polished and rough-the comparisons can go on and on. However, one cardinal rule he tries to follow is the Golden rule: treat others as you like to be treated. If you act nice towards him, he will react that way to you. You act nasty and cruel, he will return it tenfold...unless he deserves it, and agrees that your actions are fair.
He has three stages to his personality: one, his primary neutral expression for hiding his feelings and ideas, two, his response to your personality, and three, how he really is. Only friends, family, and loved ones see part three.
If he trusts you well enough to recant the rest of his story, then that means that he really cares for you, and is willing to stay by your side-through Heaven, or through Hell. In his mind respect is earned, not given...expect him to be a bit rough around the edges at first.
However, when he is in battle he can work with a plan as leader or as follower...rather, his plans are normally best created when in the moment.
Abilities
Aura type: Recovery (Aura Regeneration)

Semblance: Aura Manipulation-while his time in captivity allowed him to learn how to wield his aura in extraordinary ways, with his best ability being that he can modify his body's cells through his extraordinary aura control. Currently he uses this to temporarily increase his strength at will, increasing the punishment he can dish out, take, or even his speed. This is done through coating the body part/weapon with his nanites, which only work when they have access to his aura. If James does not use his aura to control them, they lie inert, unable to do anything.
- Possible future applications-Semblance upgrades:
- This can have a multitude of applications such as increasing cell growth, defense, strength, or flexibility. Since his aura is toxic towards his enemies due to the nanites rejecting anything he does not want to have his aura in, James may be hard to analyze...however, with enough concentration, he has the possibility to learn to heal others by filtering his nanites out of the donated aura.
-All in all, this Semblance could evolve into a Damage, Buff, Healing, or Defense type, possibly even retaining it's previous characteristics.
-This is classified as a [Utility] semblance, based upon current usage.
-Semblance ability: James can use his nanites to manipulate his body, allowing him to do things such as flying, walking on water, etc; up to jogging (3/4 his running speed) for no aura. Anything past that point costs aura for it to take effect.
Item 1: Two Multi-source Lightsabers Lv. 1 (Star Wars basic sabers-change colors to match James's aura)-can use aura, dust crystals, or even a telescoping blade to attack. Since he is not willing to damage his weapon due to his lack of knowledge in smithing or the dust sciences, he leaves them both at Katana length. They are basic blades made of a strong material, but can be modified further to match their user's talents.

History and Sample
- History:
Born as a child of a nomadic exiled king, James Lamperouge has learned not to become attached to locations much. His father, Lelouch, after leaving Britannia decided to start over in Vale. While both had enough money to live lavishly, Lelouch slowly learned from his mistakes, and tried to mould James into the best person he could be-not some prince who expects everything to be done for him easily, or some blithering idiot who thinks he is better than others due to ability or status...rather, he began to teach James strategy since he was little. James's first real lucid memories of his life were spending time playing with his father, enjoying a Chess match, some Earl Grey tea, watching Sakura Blossoms fall, and sparring. After he learned all he could from his dad concerning strategy, he began to read up on the Martial arts-since they cannot use Geass and there are no people that they know of like C.C. in Remnant, they realized that James will have to learn to protect himself from his Father's enemies. So, he slowly skimmed over the different styles and found three that he liked: Shaolin Kung-Fu, Aikido, and Tai Chi. His main style is a mix consisting of mainly Kung Fu, but uses the moves of the other two to augment this style to better match his flexibility and reaction time.
However, he was still one who spoke out for justice, even attending a peaceful White Fang protest at the age of 12. Since his martial arts training was not complete, when the Fang decided to attack he was caught in the crossfire. When he was trying to run away, he stumbled into someone...that is all that he remembers before being abducted by the White fang for a dust experiment.
This experiment was to try to make people who could create synthetic dust in their bodies, hopefully removing their need to ever steal dust for their efforts again. The weird part is that while they were taking their time figuring this out, the nanomachines (going to call them Nanites) that they injected into James bonded to his aura, unlocking it and augmenting it's recovery, among other things. When he was in the White Fang's grasp, James slowly learned to control this power, learning how it could regenerate his cells at an astonishing rate-if he was stabbed, the would would disappear in moments. If he had the aura to use it, he would not be easily hurt...when they tried to beat the stuffing out of two of the other experiments and leaving him for dead, James slowly healed them as to not arouse suspicion. While these nanites took over his Semblance, he was glad for their help-without this ability, James and the other subjects would not have survived. When these survivors began to train with James, they ignored him at first, thinking that he would not be able to help them escape. By the last day, however, James proved them wrong-after using his aura to distract the guards, he was able to give them enough time to escape. When one of his allies died, James was sent into a rage such that he could not remember what he did. He found out eventually that he killed most of that division of the White Fang, but is unwilling to discuss the details. Due to the nanites he now looks like a Wolf faunus, and does not mind being called as such. All else he is willing to say here is that he completed his style, and learned Kenjutsu as well. While he is better at fighting with his hands, he can proficiently use a sword, and even dual wield. He is also know to enjoy creating new things, from technology to paintings, and everything in between.

As the Boarbatusk scans the area around it for the sign of it's next meal, James is sitting in the tree right above it-waiting with held breath as time seems to slow around him.
James slowly tenses his legs, and...begins to fall forward, kicking off when his body is aimed just a little lower than parallel to the ground. As the supple branch bends upwards at an angle, James arms himself with his telescoping blades, slowly drawing out his aura, then flies toward the beast from the momentum. As he approaches his target, time seems to slow even further, crawling along like a snail...the cool wind and snowflakes flying past him as he applies his aura to the crystal in his blades, aiming for the first strike. Alright...these lightsabers are loud, so I only have one chance at surprising the Grimm...time to use the aura variant.
He flicks a switch on his sabers, switching to the aura mode, the telescoping blades becoming coated in his aura. Just before he is about to land on the beast-possibly crushing his legs into a fine paste if he fails to do so-James rotates his body into a forwards somersault, his blades aimed to nick either of the Arteries in the Grimm's neck. The problem with his approach is that the Grimm heard him, allowing it to lean away from the fatal blow, leaving a nice gash along it's neck instead.
As James's eyes widen, he cartwheels backwards twice to gain some distance, and prepares for it to attack. His stance a low, knees bent, easy to move one...his body relaxed, but ready for what is to come.
