Semblance Upgrades?

I have been pondering this subject for quite a while now and was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade your semblance and aura capacity with experience and training as it is possible to upgrade your weapons. For example, my character could learn to teleport other people that he is touching, or teleport objects that he is touching without teleporting himself with them, But a character could not say upgrade to fire from an ice semblance thus it would only allow upgrades along a similar path. If this were to happen, it would make sense to be able to train one's aura capacity to be able to use these abilities to their max potential.

Though that is just my two cents, and I hope that the admins will take this idea into consideration.

As far as I know, this was implemented into the site already when we had our reboot. If I missed it in typing up the rules, then that's on me, and I'll get to fixing it as soon as I can.
