The Bank is used for Lien transfer from one character to another.
The Donator post in his own thread (create one if he doesn't have one already) with the amount to be transfered and a link to the profile of the person he's transfering the money to. The recipient doesn't need to confirm (hey you're getting money, why would you even say no? :P). Transfers are of a minimum of 500 lien.
