Semblance question

Lets say that a person (or faunus) have a semblance that allows the user to transforms in to a creature what type of semblance category will it fall into and is it allowed, if it is what are the limitations for the semblance?

Hey ^^ You could have the animal transformation semblance, but it would be one animal. As for how that would work it pends the animal, like a bear you could take as a strength buff but like a crow would just be utility cost to fly and such, but a venomous snake would pay semblance damage. Just put the animal and what it can do in the semblance description ^^
