The heavily fortified doors scrape against the ground as Hyght walks in. "WELCOME TO SYNE!" He shouts with his arms wide and his tone filled with merriment. "My name is Hyght and I'll be part of your welcoming committee!"

Anyway, welcome to Syne, Midnight. I'm Hyght and as part of your welcoming committee I'm here to invite you to ask all the questions you wish. I'm no mod, but I've been here for a few months and would like to help if possible. I'll tell you a bit about myself and hope you're comfortable enough to do the same.
I'm a veteran role player, been doing this for almost half my life. I've done mostly fantasy(sword and sorcery) based role plays, opting for a more realistic approach to my characters. I am a big fan of character development and flawed characters. Emotionally charged threads and raging combat threads. I also play Chakide Malk, a weasel faunus. He's not as fun or nice as Hyght. Infact he still needs more work before I really get the feel for him.
Anyway, that's a little bit about me. I'm usually pretty easy to find on here. If you have questions feel free to ask. The Mods and Admins here are very helpful and easy to talk to so don't be afraid to ask. I'll be around so whenever you get your character up and running and wish to have a partner for a thread, just hit me up.
