The other half of the latest addition to the Nightfrost Tech armour devices exclusive to Althea, Z-013 emits a thin layer of anti-dust barrier which coats the user's body to minimize the effect of dust-based attacks. It comes in the same choker and thigh-accessory form as the V-013 and has magnetic function lining the top allowing it to combine with the bottom of the V-013 to complete the set. (Full set appearance seen in Av’s character app.)

Desc: A device located on Kei's left arm, the Personal Energy Shield emits a a high-frequency shield around Kei with the click of a button and provides full body cover. The shield is a very transparent blue and is hard to see if one isn't looking carefully. As a result, the shield does not obscure his vision. The Personal Energy Shield is capable of fending off energy given off by dust base attacks, minimizing its effectiveness against wearer.
