Spring Cleaning!

Have you noticed the little huge flaws such as Rules not being updated or Griffins not existing or *cough* plot not moving? Well, we have too! That is why we at staff HQ have been hard at work going through EVERYTHING and fixing EVERYTHING. Some of this cleaning will include big changes that would normally be in the mid-monthly update, but cannot wait until April and were not ready for March. All of these changes will appear in this thread as we go.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP UP WITH THIS THREAD. we are working on your Spring cleaning project EVERY DAY and we will let you know where we are with it at all times. Changes are coming, and we want you to know about it right away.





Now for the first little update here (and by little i mean preetty big.)

General Rules are Updated
Roleplaying rules are updated
Character Rules are updated
-GROUPS HAVE CHANGED. Each group generally does the same thing they have always done, but their roles IC have changed. Where they were originally supposed to be feuding cliques for a plot that never happened, they are now to represent different Majors and degrees to work toward, since this is in fact a combat SCHOOL. Highlights include
  + Combat Major (Warriors), Academic Major (Researchers), Tech Major (Gadgeteers), Dust Major (Dusters), Medical Major (new!)
  + Extremists have been replaced with Undecided Major, Major will be required for graduation. (you have like, two years at least to choose, so chara develop to your heart's content)
  + Said undecided group will not have a bonus to it (get a life, yo), and the Academic Major will recieve 50% extra pay for Shadow Missions where it was previously 10%.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the Majors section of the character rules for more details. Because this is a big change, there will be a thread to change your group for free to better match your character's ambitions. This thread will appear in about a week. Plenty of time to read this and then read rules and then think about what you want to do.

Combat and Encounter Rules Updated

GRIMM HAVE CHANGED

This was a long time coming, but the way grimm are handled has changed. Rolls now include a fourth dice that gives Grimm damage resistance, so that they will be harder and more interesting to fight. The whit bone armor is now useful, and will change the way damage is taken.

Griffons have been added as a Medium Intelligence Grimm, and Nevermore has been promoted to High Intelligence.

People who GM grimm can now also roll the onus dice after hunst, and recieve double the outcome as an incentive.
