* Now this is sweet! – Loves sugary foods, even going so far as to add sugar to anything he can get away with. ‘Al’ even keeps a few lollipops in his pocket so that for whenever he can’t smoke so that he can keep his cool.
* Anyone got a light? – Alicent uses his cigarettes as stress-relief system, usually popping one into his mouth whenever he becomes stressed with something. When he goes too long without either sweets or smoking, he tends to get.. irritable.
* Come on! You can tell me! – Al really loves to find what makes people tick, usually to the point where other people become annoyed with him, which just makes him want to keep pressing their buttons. Whenever he finds out something ‘juicy’ he tends to use it against the person when things aren’t going his way.
Dislikes:
* Ugh, you call this food? – To encompass all foods that either do not have sugar or cannot have sugar added to them. Alicent is an incredibly picky eater and is not afraid to tell anybody how bad a cook they actually are.
* It can't be A, A, B, B! – Being the suave individual that he is, Al hates having a test, or any other problem, that he can’t talk his way out of. Standardized tests, specifically, stress Alicent out as he freaks out over what the answer should be, why the test answers line up in a specific order, etc.
* No one tells me how to live! – Alicent is no stranger to breaking rules and thus hates being told he has to do anything in a specific manner that he didn’t choose himself. His problems with authority have gotten him into plenty of trouble in the past and his newfound arrogance at learning his semblance has only made this worse.
Fears:
* Yeah, I'm not going in there. – Alicent’s greatest secret is that he can’t swim. After an accident at a pool at the age of six, Alicent has vowed to never go into water that reaches above his knees ever again. While so far no other person has found out this weakness, he has a tendency to get ‘weird’ whenever the prospect of swimming comes up.
* I'd rather have it amputated. – While not afraid of being hurt, Alicent has a deep-rooted fear of having his limbs, or any part of his body, replaced with a cybernetic replacement. Growing up in the heart of Atlas, this has made him quite disgusted and afraid of cyborgs or half-human/half-android people. He sees these people as not to be trusted because they could be controlled by the government.
* I tripped, I'm sleepy, the sun was in my eyes! – Due to his bravado and arrogance, Alicent fears ever being found out to not be strong enough. He tries to overcompensate for being strong and a bruiser by being a loud-mouth and a general pain-in-the-ass to everybody. This also extends beyond just physical settings, as he hates to be called upon in class or shown to not know something that everyone else knows.
Overall Personality: Alicent has been called every name in the book, but the one that comes to mind and mouth the easiest is also the simplest: a jerk. He has a tendency to speak before thinking and stand by his words, even if they get him into trouble, which happens quite often. The few people that know him the best know that most of it is an act to hide that he’s still not quite sure of himself and where he stands in the world. Though he often gets himself into fights and trouble, he is also the first person to stand up before someone else that can’t fight for themselves. Though he tries to keep up the persona of being the jerk, Alicent really just wants to make his way through the world helping those that can’t help themselves.
Abilities
Aura type: Defense - Alicent’s aura increases the gravitational pull on him, making it harder to move him and thus harder to inflict physical damage
Aura Color: Grey
Semblance: Gravity Rush – Alicent’s semblance allows him to have greater control of the gravitational pull on his body, allowing him to buff his defense to higher levels (+2/10 aura per post).

Item 2: Reinforced Clothes/Armor Rating 1 – Simple reinforced versions of his normal suit-attire that can withstand some standard of physical attacks.

History and Sample
- History:
- Alicent Aercroft, of the Aercroft family, was born in Atlas to a well-to-do family that had generations ago sold a large portion of their lands to the Atlas Government so that the land could be redeveloped for military training. As time since this agreement had passed, the Aercroft family had held onto their modicum of power by becoming some of the most brilliant military minds the country had known. Alicent’s father, Midas Aercroft, had chosen the same career that his patriarchal line had chosen for some time and expected both of his children to follow in his footsteps as well. Lucinda, Alicent’s older sister, had reveled in her family’s lineage, fast becoming one of the fiercest fighters of her graduating class, fast becoming a legend that would surpass the entire Aercroft line.
Alicent, however, had chosen a different path. After being kicked out of three schools growing up, Alicent was homeschooled by his father, a merciless teacher that would punish his misbehaving son whenever he saw fit. As he grew, Alicent continued the cycle of rebelling against his family and the strict structure of his home country and would be severely punished for doing so. By the time he was old enough to enroll in the academy, Al had seen more than his share of fights and beatings that he no longer showed the light optimism that the other students held onto. He saw the world for what it was, a harsh reality that cared only for those strong enough to fight for themselves and he decided that he would reject this world and make it fit his image.
While at the academy, Alicent spent his time making himself stronger at the cost of any semblance of friendship or relationship with any others. The fights that he had seen as a kid had soured him on the experience and the haughty nature of the other ‘kids’ only made him dislike them more. The first two teams that he had been assigned to, Team BARC and Team STAK had him expelled from the team for ‘communication problems’ and ‘instability’. And soon after his second year ended, Al was deemed ‘unfit for team cooperation’ and forced to complete his training as an individual. Though he eventually realized that ‘teaming up for the sake of cooperation’ was a skill he needed to have, the damage to his record had already been done and he found more strength in his solitude.
After completing his final semester at the academy, Alicent decided that he would show the entire school that he was just as strong as any other student, team or otherwise, and signed up for the Senior Tournament as Team AAXA, a fake team comprising three other students that were either away from the school or otherwise indisposed at the time of the tournament. While no one in the audience was surprised to see Alicent fighting by himself, they were taken back by his ability to not only take on the attacks of three other students but dish out enough punishment to knock out all of three of his opponents. What should have been a cause for celebration and excitement, however, was ruined by Al’s inability to control himself in the final moments of the fight, resulting in both the realization of his semblance and the accidental amputation of a student’s leg through excessive force. While he had not intended to cause such damage, those that watched in horror only saw the crazy kid blow off his opponent’s leg. Not only was Alicent disqualified from the tournament, he was not allowed to celebrate in any of the graduation formalities and only allowed to complete his academy training through his father and sister’s prestige. Though allowed to continue his training, Alicent has now left Atlas and his reputation behind for the only place that would accept such a problem warrior.. Syne Academy.

"Ali?"
"Yeah."
"Are you even listening to anything I've been saying?"
"Yeah."
"What was I saying then?"
"Yeah."
The air grew cold in the car, ice started to form along the window that Alicent Aercroft absently out of, wishing for nothing else than his sister to finally stop talking.
"Aww, poor little Alice got her feelings hurt cuz she got expelled from yet another school because she's..just..too..dangerous, right?" Even Lucinda's tone grew colder, an impressive feat knowing his sister, as the car's temperature dropped in response to her semblance activating.
Alicent knew it was his sister's attempt at forcing him to talk, hoping hed rise to the bait of her insult. Instead, he continued to look out the window, watching the road signs and trying to plot out just how far from the dock they were.
"That's not my name, Lucy. It was an accident, I didn't mean for it to happen, you know that. And now I'm being pushed off far enough away that I won't embarass our dear father anymore. So yeah, I'm a little pissed, I'm sorry." The venom in his voice was palpable, the hurt tangible. But it wasn't any new pain; he had come accustomed to this sort of thing long ago. "Just drop me here, I can walk." Alicent didn't wait for her answer, choosing to throw the door open and jump out of the car.
Though the car had been in motion, it hadn't been going fast enough to do anything more than bruise Alicent's shoulder as he tumbled out of the car. He brushed himself off, knocking the dirt from his shoulders and glaring at the car that had been bold enough to honk their horn at him, before moving out of the traffic and towards the street that would take him to the docks. After a few minutes of wandering through side streets, Alicent was able to hop a fence into the shipyard so that he could skip the lines. And it was harder to pay admission when you were broke.
There were two sides to everything.
“Ali, wait.” The words broke him from his inner thoughts. Of course his sister had not only known where he was going to go, but was also able to catch up to him before he left.
“What do you want, Lucy?” He spoke without turning around to face her, but Alicent had stopped walking and was now listening to his sister.
“You’re a fighter, Ali. You’ll be fine and you’ll survive this just like you survive everything. And you’ll come back to Atlas stronger and better than ever. So go kick ass and make us proud, Lil Ali.”
