Additional Changes:
-Holographic Sight; built into the Wrist Rocket Launchers that turn on whenever arm is extended.
-Lock on system built into Holographic Sight; Can lock onto targets directly in view
-Minor guided rockets; Rockets can guide to anything directly in view up to a 15 degree range. Not perfect in hitting moving targets, but greatly increases accuracy over long ranges
-Increased explosive power in the rockets.
