Overall Personality: Keita has genius level intellect, but he constantly hides that fact, and just seems like a laid back and fairly lazy person with an extremely good heart. He tries to be nice to everyone he meets, even if they don't return the sentiment. He has great respect for anyone willing to risk their lives for something they believe in, and even more so if they risk their lives for another person. Keita is very selfless, and while he may act lazy most of the time, he won't hesitate to help others, especially if they ask him to. He doesn't necessarily hate it if someone eventually finds out about his past, but he would never tell anyone about it, even if they found out. On the battlefield, he tries to act as the tactician, leading people to a good conclusion against the enemies. He assaults people in a hit and run tactic from great range using a sniper rifle, but rarely attempts to down enemies in one shot. A war of attrition is perfect for Keita, as he slowly whittles down his opponents by striking at their limbs, as most of the time the most heavily defended areas when someone knows a sniper is near are the heart and head. He acts as a scout for his team as well, betraying enemy positions and tactics.

Ibis is a fairly large caliber sniper rifle that is reloaded via a pull bolt, meaning one shot at a time before pulling the bolt back and re-chambering a round. The clip size is a generous 8 rounds total, before needing to put another clip in. In total, Keita usually carries an additional 2 clips on him, making 24 rounds total in a topic.
Item 2: Earth Dust
History and Sample
- History:
- Birth ArcDecember 31st wasn't really born, but rather he was made. He was part of a Celestial program meant to create better soldiers. Dec 31st was a side project, a way to create a perfect support role in a conflict, with enhanced vision. In the Vytal wilderness there was a grand experiment of selective breeding going underway. The most aura sensitive women were essentially kidnapped to be paired with the most powerful hunters of the time, each one selected for certain traits to produce the most powerful offspring. These test subjects were monitored, although they were allowed to do whatever they wanted, eventually when they became strong hunters in their own right, they were taken back and used for other experiments, thus leading to a selective gene splicing and accelerated growth chamber of powered infants known as the Calendar Series. Named after the date in which they were 'born,' the Calendar series was full of these super powered children, each with specific genetic markers and traits, some of which were wildly different. December was one of the final months of the specialist children, designs so wildly different, that they expected fights to break out when the children were fairly young, especially with the vastly differing appearances some of them would have.Childhood Arc
Growing up, it was obviously clear that there were a few overachievers and a few that simply couldn't compete with the other children. 31 was a bit of an outlier in a group of fringe cases, as he was always lounging around, not really participating in the self perfection exercises that everyone else would, but then when the scientists would test him on his abilities or knowledge, he would score perfectly every time. He was studying and practicing, but he was always over shadowed by the ones he was helping. He would always do the exercises, simply with other people, and he would make sure that they could do it well enough to get high marks on the scientists' tests. He was an extremely fast learner, and so he would, through trial and error, become nearly perfect at something fast enough that he could suddenly switch and teach others about whatever they wanted to do. He was always trying to help others realize their potential, and thus he was essentially the perfect support child, but the scientist wanted numbers and stats, not him to laze around after helping people.Survival ArcThings seems very promising for the children, until a strange outside force started to make some of them partially insane, and gradually, over the next year, there was suddenly a mutiny, and the children turned on their scientific masters. In order to quell the rebellion and destroy any evidence that might lead illegal experimentation back to them, the scientists flooded the entire place with flammable poisonous gas, and lit it on fire for good measure. The only place that the children could possibly escape to were miles of caves filled with Grimm. After the explosion settled, 31 came to, and figured out what had happened, for the most part. He assumed some sort of chemical compound the scientists were working on got lose and started to spread throughout the facility, slowly making the ones affected angry and lashing out at anyone that was different. The relatively clean air of the cave that 31 survived in was free of any toxins, so he was fine. 31 immediately tried to find any other survivors, but most of what he found were dead bodies, so he spent the first four hours of his survival sobbing in a corner of the cave. He eventually found a few survivors, him snapping back into his usual casual self, and dragged them out of the cave.
People fleeing the area from the explosion, and the area deemed an imminent threat to all mankind, found him, and he had the survivors he had found go with them. He assumed there were other people, so he waited a little while, and then headed with another group going elsewhere, as after this, he assumed no one wanted to have to remember what had happened. 31 was just glad he was able to save a few people from that horrible situation. After he got out, he found an orphanage where he actually showed off his skills, so that he could get adopted by a relatively high class family. He needed access to as much information as possible, as he wasn't going to let the scientists get away with murdering all of his family members over a failed experiment. He immediately started training, and he was a prodigy. He learned proper manners and etiquette from his high class family, and in trying to increase their prestige, they requested that he get sent to Syne Academy, which he did.

- As Keita walked through the forest, the snow falling gently around him, he pulled up his cowl a little further, as he was shielding his nose from the cold. He could see his breath, but he needed to eat, and his new family wanted him to practice survival in a harsh environment. Learning to survive in the cold was easy, but learning something was fairly pointless without experience and further experimentation, building off of the foundation of the book knowledge. He knew that he had to hide his scent, so he made sure not to be downwind to the deer he was tracking. He also moved slowly and methodically, as he knew that his target had fairly good hearing, and with the snow dampening sound around him, any large noise would echoe throughout the clearing he was headed to and alert the animal. He was practicing with a small unscoped hunting rifle, but with the new discovery of his Semblance, he thought he might as well attempt to train it, and it was much better than a normal scope anyways. As he crept up, he saw two whitetail deer in the clearing, eating a bit of grass that barely popped out of the fresh snow. One was a doe, the other a fine buck, and this was also a chance for Keita to get over his fear of killing other creatures. He hated the thought of separating this male and female pair, but he knew their instincts was what drove them, not love or empathy. The female wouldn't grieve and simply find a new mate, and he had to keep putting that in his mind as he lined up the shot, and put a bullet into the buck's liver.
